Union Minister Prakash Javadekar said, “Urdu, Kashmiri, Dogri, Hindi and English will be the official languages ​​of Jammu and Kashmir under the new Bill approved by the Cabinet.” On this decision, Union Minister Dr. Jitendra Singh said, ‘The inclusion of Dogri, Hindi and Kashmiri as official languages ​​in Jammu and Kashmir is not only a fulfillment of the long pending public demand, but equality after August 5, 2019 It has been approved keeping in mind the spirit of.

Regarding the Karmayogi scheme, C Chandramouli, Secretary, Department of Personnel and Training, said that the mission is focused on the Karmayogi individual (civil servants) and institutional capacity building. He said that Mission Karmayogi aims to prepare Indian civil servants for the future by making them more creative, imaginative, innovative, active, professional, progressive, energetic, capable, transparent and technology-enabled.
