BJP Chief Ministers Council meet under the leadership of PM Modi and BJP President Amit Shah discuss electoral preparations and ways to strengthen the organization; Leaders resolve to win the upcoming assembly elections and Lok Sabha election; PM reviews governance record of BJP ruled states, focuses on taking welfare schemes to the poor and farmers.

the BJP’s Council of Chief Ministers met on Tuesday at the party headquarters in the national capital ahead of the Madhya Pradesh, Chattisgarh and Rajasthan assembly elections this year and the Lok Sabha polls next year.

All Chief Ministers and Deputy Chief Ministers of BJP-ruled states were part of this meeting which was conducted under the leadership of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and BJP President Amit Shah.

Strategy for the upcoming elections was discussed at the meeting. The party pledged to return to power in the election headed states this year and the general elections next year under the leadership of Prime Minister Modi.

It also discussed that the Centre has done a lot in the last over 4 years for the benefit of farmers. The benefit and impact of people-centric schemes in the BJP-ruled states was assessed in the meeting and stress was laid on ensuring that the work done by the BJP govts reaches the people.
