WB: Unidentified dead body found in forest

Jamuria: An unidentified dead body was recovered by locals in the Pattherang jungle of Jamuria on Wednesday, police said. Locals informed the Jamuria police about the body which was later sent for the post-mortem examination.

The body lying near a forest area was stinking which caught the attention of locals. Moments later, they found body in the area falling under ward no.5 of Asansol municipality. It is believed that the accused had left the body in the forest after committing the crime.
